In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the starph11 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering on starph11, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

To access the full range of Services offered by starph11, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by starph11 for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active starph11 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. starph11 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. starph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify starph11 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

starph11 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

starph11 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. starph11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. starph11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the starph11 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions originating from non-PHP payment sources.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

starph11 is committed to full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. starph11 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

• Bonus credits and real-money funds are tracked separately within your account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the starph11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using the platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.

All content on the starph11 platform — including but not limited to the starph11 name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive property of starph11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the starph11 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content.

Any unauthorized use of starph11's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, starph11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions to the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond starph11's reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

starph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your starph11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your starph11 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to starph11. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the starph11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
