To access the full range of Services offered by starph11, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by starph11 for identity verification purposes. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date.
Each individual user is permitted to hold only one active starph11 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. starph11 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. starph11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify starph11 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
starph11 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
starph11 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:
All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. starph11 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. starph11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. All transactions on the starph11 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions originating from non-PHP payment sources.

starph11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your starph11 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the starph11 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations that fall within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, starph11 will cooperate fully with any investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR or other competent regulatory authorities.
